Nihaal Confectionery Private Limited

Nihaal Confectionery is over in Mayur Vihar Phase-1. We are in Pocket-1, specifically at 144-C. It’s a busy little corner of East Delhi. Our space is filled with the smell of sugar and whatever we are working on that day. It isn't a massive factory, just a local spot where we get things done. We have shelves lined with jars and containers, and the counters are usually covered in some kind of flour or wrapping paper. It’s a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders to fill, but we have a system that works for us. We aren't fancy people. We wear aprons that have seen better days and we usually have flour on our shoes. The neighbors often pop their heads in to see what we’re up to. We spend a lot of time just making sure the packaging looks okay and the sweets are fresh. It’s a lot of manual work, standing on our feet for most of the day. The light in the shop comes from a big window in the front, and we like to keep it open when the weather allows. It’s just a few of us working here, trying to keep up with the daily tasks. We don’t have a big corporate strategy. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a good, simple life here in the pocket.
