Newtrack Automotives is over at 105 Hargobindenclave, right on Vikas Marg. It is a busy stretch of road, which is good for us since we are in the automotive business. There are always cars going by and people stopping in to ask about parts or repairs. We have been at this location for a while now. The shop isn't huge, but we use every inch of space we have. You will usually find parts stacked up on shelves and a few cars parked out front waiting for attention. It is a hands-on kind of place. We do not wear suits or sit in air-conditioned offices all day. Most of the time, our hands are dirty from working on engines or moving stock around. Vikas Marg can be quite loud with all the horns and traffic, but you stop noticing it after the first hour. We have got a small group of people working here who actually know their way around a vehicle. We do not bother with fancy slogans or big signs. People in the neighborhood know us by now. If someone’s car is making a weird noise, they bring it over. We take a look, tell them what is wrong, and try to get it fixed without taking forever. It is just a regular local business. We open up in the morning, do the work, and close up when the sun goes down. It is simple and it works for us.
