Neurotherapy & Yoga Treatment And Training Centre

Down in the basement of D 7 in Vivek Vihar, we’ve got this place where we mix neurotherapy with yoga. It’s a bit of a unique setup, but it’s been working for us. We are quite close to Balaji Mandir and the Yamuna Sports Complex, so there’s always something happening in the area. The basement stays cool even when the Delhi heat is really hitting hard outside. We don’t just treat people; we also have students coming in to learn how to do this stuff. It can get a bit crowded when a training session is going on at the same time as a treatment, but we manage. The mats are usually laid out and the neurotherapy beds are ready to go by 8 am. We spend a lot of time explaining how the body works without using too many big medical words. It’s practical work. You see someone come in stiff and leave moving a bit better. That’s the whole point. Being in Vivek Vihar, we get people walking in from the sports complex too. It’s an honest living. We aren’t some high-end spa with fancy music. It’s just a training centre where people come to get better or learn a new skill. The stairs down to the basement are a bit steep, so we tell everyone to watch their step.
