Natural Exports

Down at D-94 in Pandav Nagar, right off Patparganj Road, you’ll find our place, Natural Exports. It’s a bit of a hectic area with the road always being busy, but we like it here. We handle a lot of different products that go out to different places. Our warehouse space is usually packed to the ceiling. We don't really have a showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly just us packing things up and making sure the labels are correct. We started this because we knew a bit about the export business and wanted to do it our own way. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things get delayed, but we do what we can to fix it. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re a huge international firm. We’re just a local business with a few desks and a lot of boxes. The building is a bit older, and the stairs are a little steep, but it serves us well. Most of our day is spent coordinating with suppliers and checking the quality of what comes in. We’re pretty straightforward about how we work. If something isn’t right, we say so. We’ve lived and worked in this part of town for a long time, so we know the neighbors and the local shops. It’s a community feel, even though we’re sending things far away. We just stick to what we know.
