Nagarjuna Construction Company

Up here in New Delhi, Nagarjuna Construction Company is tucked away in Shahadra. We’re in one of those DDA LIG flats, specifically C-632, East of Loni Road. It’s a tight space, but it works for what we need. Delhi is a fast place, always moving, and Shahadra is no different. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. We do a lot of our coordination from this small flat. It’s full of blueprints, old ledgers, and a few chairs that have seen better days. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office in a glass building. We’re builders, so we care more about the site than the office decor. Working in the city means dealing with a lot of regulations and tight spaces, but we’ve gotten pretty good at navigating all that. Every morning starts with a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on the crews. The winters here get cold, which is a nice break from the summer heat, even if it makes the cement take a bit longer to set. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks at hand. It’s a simple life, mostly spent traveling between the flat and whatever project we’ve got going on at the time. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and people in the block know who we are.
