Nagarjuna Construction Co Ltd (Ng-Nccl-Jv)

Our spot is at B-30 in the Dainik Janyug Apartments, located in Vasundhara Enclave. This is right on the edge of Delhi and Haryana, which makes things interesting with the traffic and the different rules. We operate as a joint venture, specifically the NG-NCCL-JV, but inside the office, it just feels like any other busy workspace. The apartment is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of maps of the local area. Because we are in a residential complex, we try to keep the noise down, though the phones never seem to stop. The address 110096 is where we do most of our planning for the bigger projects in the region. It is a bit of a maze getting here if you don't know the enclave well. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There is a lot of paper moving back and forth between us and the different government offices. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and see people busy at their screens or talking over some plans. It’s a practical setup for managing construction work without all the unnecessary corporate fluff. We just focus on the day-to-day requirements of the job. It is a solid, hardworking environment where the main goal is simply to keep things moving forward.
