We are located on the first floor at 13M, Pocket-II in Mayur Vihar Phase-III. Murat Machines India isn’t a huge operation. It’s a regular New Delhi office space where we handle the business side of machinery. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, and if you’re carrying a box, you have to be careful. Inside, it’s mostly just us and a lot of technical manuals. We spend our days looking at specs and talking to customers who need parts or have questions about their equipment. It gets pretty loud outside because Mayur Vihar is a crowded place with lots of markets and people. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, but mostly we just focus on the screens and the paperwork. We don’t have a big corporate culture here. If someone needs a hand with something, they just ask, and someone else jumps in. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea, and the smell of cardamom usually fills the room around 4 PM. It’s a modest setup, nothing fancy at all. We aren't interested in sounding important; we just want to make sure the machines people buy from us actually work and that we have the right answers when they call. It’s a steady job, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
