A good landmark to look for is the Mother Dairy across the street. People are always standing there getting milk or ice cream, so it is hard to miss. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood that is very busy and full of energy. There is always someone honking their horn outside or a street vendor shouting about vegetables. Inside the office, it is a bit calmer. We have desks and files piled up like any other workplace. It has that lived-in feel with walls that could probably use a fresh coat of paint eventually. We do not really care about the looks though. We just focus on our tasks and talk to the people who walk in. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that is usually when we take a short break to talk. It is a very normal, local office.
