Our office is over in Laxmi Nagar, at Chankya Complex. We are on the first floor in unit 216. Subhash Chowk is right nearby, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around. It’s a lively part of East Delhi. We provide medical services from this spot. The building is one of those busy commercial blocks where you have all sorts of offices and shops. Our space is functional and straightforward. We have some desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of files stacked up. The staff here has been together for a long time. We drink a lot of tea and handle a lot of phone calls throughout the day. Laxmi Nagar is known for being crowded, and our building is no exception. You can hear the sounds of the street even from the first floor. We don't mind it much. It makes us feel like we are part of the city life. We deal with various medical service requests and coordinate things from here. It is not a polished corporate headquarters. It’s just a place where we work hard to keep things organized. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb if the lift is busy or not working, but we are used to it by now. People find us when they need help with medical stuff in this area. We’ve been at B-10 Subhash Chowk for a good while and we just keep the business running as usual.
