You can find us at House No-109, Lane No-13 in Pratap-Nagar. Being in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, we are right in the middle of a very residential area. It feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now, and the neighbors know us by name. The lane is usually quiet, except for the occasional delivery bike or a neighbor’s car. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and bookshelves filled with old folders. We handle a lot of different things, and the phone rings more often than you’d think. Sometimes we sit around the big table in the middle to figure out how to solve a problem that popped up that morning. It’s a small group here, so everyone does a bit of everything. There’s no fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. You just walk in and someone will look up from their computer to say hello. We drink a lot of coffee while going through the records. The walk from the metro isn't too bad, which is nice for when the car is in the shop. We like the local vibe of Pratap-Nagar. It keeps us grounded and reminds us that we are just people helping other people out with their paperwork and various bits of business. It’s not glamorous, but it is honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday every single week. We just try to keep things organized as best as we can manage.
