M/S Business Park Town Planners Ltd.

Our office is over in West Vinod Nagar in Delhi. The address is B-6/A. We are pretty easy to find because we are right near Mangalam Hospital in the Mandawali area. The Pin is 110092. As town planners, we spend a lot of time looking at layouts and thinking about how spaces work, but our own office is very simple. It is just a place with lots of tables for drawings and computers for the planning work. Delhi is always growing and changing, so there is never a dull moment for us. The street outside can get quite noisy with the traffic and the people heading to the hospital, but we have grown used to it over the years. We are not a big corporate firm with a giant glass building. We are just a group of people who know a lot about how to plan out business parks and other spaces. We talk in plain English and we do not like using a lot of jargon. It is more about getting the lines right on the paper and making sure everything fits. We have a few cabinets full of old plans and a lot of coffee mugs. It feels like a real workspace. If you drop by, do not expect a polished showroom. Expect a bunch of people working on maps and talking about zoning. That is just how we are. We like being in West Vinod Nagar; it feels like the heart of the community.
