M/S. Alstom Projects (I) Ltd.,

Our small office is tucked away in Mayur Vihar Phase-III, right in Pocket-A2. If you know Delhi, you know this area is always moving and the traffic is thick. We deal with projects under the Alstom name, mostly handling the paperwork and local coordination from this spot. It is a 110092 pin code area, so it is quite a walk from the main metro sometimes. We have a few desks and a lot of files piled up. The guys here have been working on these projects for quite some time now. We are not really a huge corporate headquarters, just a local branch where the actual planning happens. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is where we end up talking about the day’s work. The traffic in East Delhi can be a nightmare, so we try to stick to a regular schedule. It is mostly about making sure the project details are correct and the records are kept. We do not do anything flashy. It is a quiet space compared to the main roads. We deal with various industrial projects and engineering stuff. There are usually three or four of us here at any given time. It is a practical setup. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home before the evening rush starts. It is simple work, really. No big secrets or fancy missions, just getting the jobs finished and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month.
