Our office is tucked away in Dhruva Apartment, specifically at Plot No. 4 in the Patparganj area of New Delhi. If you know the neighborhood, we are right behind the Mother Dairy, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. It’s a busy part of the city, but being inside the apartment complex keeps things a bit more manageable. We handle various industrial matters from this small hub. It is not like those giant factories you might imagine when you hear the word industry. Instead, it’s mostly paperwork, phone calls, and coordinating different projects. The team here is small and we’ve known each other for quite a long time. There is always someone coming or going, usually worried about some logistics or a delivery schedule. We don’t spend much on decorations or expensive furniture. The space is filled with files and folders because that’s the reality of what we do. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and move on. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get tea or snacks from the street vendors nearby. It is a very normal Delhi workday for us. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just making sure our clients get what they need on time without any extra fuss. It’s honest work in a very grounded setting where we just focus on the task at hand.
