Mechanical Engg

We've been over here in Pandav Nagar for a while now, right near the Durga Mandir. It’s a busy spot in Delhi but we like it. We handle a lot of the mechanical stuff that people in the neighborhood need help with. It started out as a small workshop on Street No. F-1 and it’s still pretty much the same after all these years. There’s a lot of tools lying around and it’s usually quite noisy when we’re working. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just the space in Janta Garden. People usually just drop by when something breaks or if they have a project they're trying to figure out. It gets dusty in the summer and crowded, but we get through the work. We mostly focus on fixing parts and putting things together. It's not glamorous work by any means. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get backed up. We try to keep the shop organized but with all the spare parts, it’s a bit of a challenge. Some days are longer than others, especially when a machine doesn't want to behave. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the area over the years but the shop stays the same. Most of our neighbors know where to find us if they need a hand with some metalwork or a quick repair. We just do our thing and try to keep the equipment running for whoever stops by our door.
