If you head over to East Vinod Nagar, specifically B-2 on the second floor, you’ll find Artikle Leather Co. It’s right there near Gali No.2 on the Gazipur Main Road. The address can be a bit confusing with the B-33 block marking too, but once you find the main road, it’s easier. We deal with leather every day. The smell of the hides is the first thing you notice when you walk up the stairs to the second floor. It’s a bit cramped because we have rolls of material everywhere. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for some time now. It’s a busy spot, always people moving around outside on the street. We do a lot of our work by hand, so there's usually a bit of dust and scrap pieces on the floor by the end of the day. It isn't a showroom or anything like that. It is just where the work happens. We don't have a big marketing team, just a few of us here making things. The building is older and the stairs are a bit steep. We like being on Gazipur Main Road though because it's easy to get materials delivered. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the orders done on time. It’s a simple leather business, nothing more than that. We just work hard at B-2.
