Mayaram Realtech Llp is located in the Cross River Mall, specifically at SF 47 in the CBD area of Shahdara. Being in a mall is a bit different from a street-side office. We are on the second floor, hence the SF in our address. The mall has its own energy, with people coming for shopping or the cinema. Our office is a small unit among many others. It’s a compact space where we have our computers and some basic furniture. We don't have big flashy lights or advertisements in the window. It’s just a simple door with our name. Shahdara is a busy part of Delhi, and the Cross River Mall is a major spot here. We get to see a lot of people passing by our door every day. Inside the office, things are kept pretty quiet so we can focus. We have a small table for meetings and a few shelves for our records. It’s a modern building, so we have the benefit of air conditioning and regular maintenance, but we haven't added any corporate polish to our specific unit. We just use the space to get our work done. The 110032 area is where we have rooted our operations. It’s a convenient place for us to be based. We show up, do our jobs, and go home like everyone else in the mall. The elevator is sometimes slow.
