Maxwell Projects (P) Limited

You can find us at Plot-65 in Vasundhara Enclave. We are in the Abhimanyu Apartment complex, specifically in unit CM-212. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s pretty quiet during the day which is nice for getting work done. Maxwell Projects (P) Limited has been operating from this Delhi-110096 address for a while now. The apartment is on a street that gets a bit narrow when people park their cars on both sides. We have a small sign, but you have to look for it. The office is just a converted space where we keep our maps and project files. It’s not a big corporate building. We share the building with other families and small businesses. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so I just take the stairs. Being in Vasundhara Enclave is convenient because it is close to a lot of our sites. We usually start early in the morning before the traffic gets bad. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the plans for the day. There are about four of us in the room usually. It gets a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make it work. It’s a practical place to run the business and we don't feel the need for anything more expensive or shiny. We just get on with the daily routine and handle the paperwork as it comes. It's a decent place to work.
