Our office is in the middle of all the bustle in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. We are specifically located at F-177, A1, on the third floor in Mangal Bazar. If you’ve ever been to Mangal Bazar, you know how chaotic it can get with all the shoppers and vendors. Climbing up to the third floor is a bit of a workout every day, especially when the weather is humid. Inside, Marti India is just a normal office. We have our computers and desks crammed into the space. It’s not a very quiet place because of all the noise from the market downstairs, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend our days dealing with paperwork and coordinating various tasks. We aren't a big corporate setup with a lot of rules. We just come in and do what needs to be done. Sometimes the electricity goes off and we all just sit around waiting for it to come back on. We usually grab lunch from one of the local stalls nearby because the food is good and cheap. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just handle our business and try to keep things moving. It’s a very real, unfiltered way of working in the heart of Delhi. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a group of people working together in Laxmi Nagar every day.
