The traffic on Vikas Marg is almost always backed up, so we hear the honking from our desks all day. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle import and export tasks. We’ve got shelves full of samples and folders stacked up on every available surface. It’s not the most modern-looking office, but it’s where the work gets done. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking customs updates and tracking containers. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know how each other works. We usually have lunch together in the small back room. Preet Vihar is a good location because the metro is close by, which helps everyone get to work on time despite the road traffic. We don't put on a show for anyone. If you walk in, you’ll see us in the middle of a mess of papers and shipping labels. It’s a bit chaotic during the busy months, but we manage to stay on top of things. We just try to get the orders moved without too much trouble.
