Maharshi Charak Ayurved Bhawan

Our place is located on the Main Vikas Marg in Shakarpur. If you’re driving by or taking the bus, just look for Metro Pillar Number 57; we are right opposite that. It’s the Veer Sawarkar Block. Delhi is always moving way too fast, and this road is definitely no exception to that rule. It’s loud and there’s always a lot of dust flying around from the traffic. We’ve been running this Ayurved Bhawan for quite some time now. The building is number 434/113. It’s not one of those modern glass buildings you see elsewhere. Inside, it’s mostly full of jars and packets. We do things the old way. No fancy computers on every desk, just the basic stuff we need to get by. People come in from all over the city because the metro is so close. It makes it easy to reach us even if the roads are blocked. We don’t spend any money on marketing or posters. The work just speaks for itself, or at least we hope it does. Sometimes the traffic is so bad outside that people just give up and walk from the station. We’re used to the noise by now. It’s just a regular part of the day. We help people with their health using the things we know. It’s a steady enough life. We open the shutters in the morning and close them late. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough most days.
