M G Discover Your Shape is located at E-43 on Street Number 15 in Madhu Vihar. We are in the Patparganj area and the local Gurudwara is just a short walk away, which is how most people find us. Our street is a bit narrow, so it’s usually easier if you come on a two-wheeler rather than trying to park a car. The gym itself is a modest neighborhood spot. We don't have a massive floor plan, but we’ve managed to fit in the essential things like a bench press, some dumbbells, and a couple of treadmills. It’s the kind of place where you’ll probably see the same faces every morning. We don’t have a big cleaning crew, so we all kind of pitch in to keep things tidy. It’s not a polished corporate gym with glass walls and neon lights. We have simple walls, some basic lighting, and the sounds of people working out. Most of our members live in the blocks nearby and just walk over for an hour. We don’t do any heavy marketing or big banners. We just keep the doors open and the equipment ready. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place for anyone in Madhu Vihar who wants to stay active without making a big deal out of it. We just focus on keeping the environment friendly and the equipment usable for everyone who walks in.
