Luscious Gems & Jewellery Private Limited

We are located in Laxmi Nagar at the Abhishek Business Centre, specifically room 301 on the third floor of the D-248 building. Most days start with opening up the shutters and letting some air in, though the East Delhi dust usually follows right behind. It is not a huge place, just a few desks and some cabinets where we keep the stones and the finished pieces. People usually find us by word of mouth since we are tucked away up here. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up again, which happens more often than I’d like to admit. There is a tea stall right outside the main gate that makes a decent cup, and that’s usually how the morning begins for everyone here. We spend a lot of time just sitting under the overhead lights, looking through packets of gems that come in from the suppliers. Sometimes a piece takes a few days to get right, and other times it is just about fixing a clasp or resizing a ring for someone from the neighborhood. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic on the main road, but once you are inside the office, it is mostly quiet except for the sound of the fans. We don't have a big fancy showroom with carpets, just a practical space where we can focus on the work. It’s been this way for a while now.
