Lokraja Urban Nidhi Limited operates out of 192 (4) Shri Ram Appt. Since we are in an apartment building, the vibe is much more relaxed and local than a typical commercial block. It feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have two main rooms that we use for the business. One has the big table where we keep all the ledgers and the other is mostly for storing files and taking a break. Being in a residential building means we have to be a bit quieter, but we like it that way. We know many of the neighbors who live in the other units. We spend our hours checking entries and making sure everything is in the right place. It’s a steady, quiet way to spend the day. Most people find us through word of mouth in the neighborhood since we are tucked away in the apartment complex.
