Lifeline Hospital

Our hospital is tucked away in Priyadarshani Vihar over in Laxmi Nagar. It’s at A-13, which is a fairly easy address to find once you get into the residential lanes. We've seen a lot of changes in the Laxmi Nagar area over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. The building is older, but it serves its purpose well enough for what we do every day. We aren't part of some big chain with a call center. When you call, one of the nurses or the person at the front desk usually picks up. It gets noisy sometimes since it's a living neighborhood, but that's just part of being here. We deal with all sorts of things, from small scrapes to more serious stuff that requires staying overnight. The rooms are basic, and we try to keep the atmosphere calm. Our doctors have been with us for a long time, so they know many of the families who live nearby. It’s a job like any other, but we understand that it matters a lot to the people coming through the door. We don't spend much time on decorations or fancy flyers. Most of our energy goes into checking charts and making sure the supplies are stocked. It’s a straightforward setup. We open early and stay late because that’s what the neighborhood needs from a place like ours in Laxmi Nagar.
