Larsen & Toubro Limited - Ecc Division

Our office is over in Pocket II of Phase I in New Delhi. It is one of those typical Delhi blocks where you have to look twice at the address to make sure you’re in the right place. We are in unit 300 D, and it’s a pretty functional space. No marble floors or flashy signs here. We just have our desks, the computers, and a lot of site maps pinned to the walls. The area is quite settled, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main city roads. We start early most days because that’s when the work is easiest to manage before the heat or the noise picks up. Most of the people here have been with the division for years. We know the routines and the quirks of the building. There’s always a pot of tea going somewhere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. It’s about getting the coordinates right and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. Sometimes the internet is slow or the courier is late, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a plain, honest workspace for folks who are more interested in the actual building process than in sitting in fancy meetings. We’ve stayed in this pocket because it works for us and keeps us close to the action in the city. It’s a solid place to work every day.
