Larsen & Toubro Limited –Construction Division

We are located in the Mayur Vihar Phase-1 area of New Delhi, specifically over in Pocket IV. Being in a place like Delhi means it is always busy around here. Our office is in 74 F, and it is a pretty standard spot for the construction division. We deal with a lot of the local coordination from this desk. The streets outside are usually packed with cars and people going about their day. It is a bit of a maze in Mayur Vihar if you are not used to the pocket system, but we have been here long enough to know all the shortcuts. Inside, it is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend our time talking to site managers and making sure the supplies are getting where they need to go in the city. It is not a fancy showroom. It is just a workspace for people who actually do the building. We have tea together in the afternoons and talk about the current projects. The building itself is a bit older, but it serves its purpose for us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but that is just life in the city. We keep things simple and just focus on getting through the daily to-do list. It is a good location because we can get to different parts of Delhi relatively quickly when we need to visit a site.
