Our office is located at B-85/1 in Dilshad Colony. It's a settled part of Delhi, and we've been here for a good amount of time. We go by Laing O Rourke Construction Pvt. Ltd. It’s a straightforward construction business. We don't have any big flashy signs or neon lights outside. Most of the people who work here live not too far away, so it feels like a local shop. The office is usually busy with phone calls and people coming in to talk about ongoing jobs. We deal with a lot of different aspects of building, so there is never a dull moment. Some days are stressful when deadlines are close, but we usually find a way to make it work. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We're just regular people who know how to build things. The space inside is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and equipment stored there, but it's home for us. We prefer talking face-to-face rather than sending long emails back and forth. It just feels more natural that way. If you walk by Dilshad Colony, you’ll see us there, just doing what we’ve always done. We don't have a lot of meetings; we just get to work. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it seems to suit us just fine.
