L S Constructions

L S Constructions is based in Rishab Vihar. Our office is in Prathishtha Sadan, specifically Lsc 2, room 303. It’s a decent enough spot, though the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. We do construction work, mostly local stuff around the neighborhood. We don’t have a big marketing department or a sales team. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone while trying to look at a blueprint. We’ve been in this building for a while and the other tenants know us. We are pretty practical people. If someone needs a renovation or a repair, we go over and take a look. We don’t promise things we can’t do. The office is usually a mess of samples and tape measures. It’s not meant for hosting fancy parties. It’s where we coordinate the crews and order supplies. Sometimes the weather messes up our plans and we have to sit in the office and wait it out. That's the reality of construction. We’ve had good years and tough ones too. Prathishtha Sadan is a familiar place for us now. We know the guard and the guy who sells tea downstairs. We just keep moving from one job to the next. It’s steady work and we like it that way. We don't need to be famous, just busy and useful to the people who hire us to build things right.
