You can find us at Tirupati Plaza, specifically room A / 212 C on Street No. 1 in Shakarpur. Vikas Marg is always packed with people and cars, so it’s a very lively place to be. Our office is on the upper ground floor, which is easier to get to than the top floors of the building. It’s a small space, really. A few desks are squeezed in, and the guest area is usually covered in catalogues and product samples. International trade is our focus, so we’re often talking to people in far-off places. Keeping track of different time zones can be confusing and makes for some very long days. All sorts of other businesses are in the building, so there’s constant movement in the hallways. We aren't a huge corporation with a lobby or a receptionist. It’s just us handling the orders and making sure shipments stay on track. Street noise is a bit much sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. Tea breaks happen at the stall downstairs just to get some fresh air. We’ve been here for several years now and have a steady routine. The work isn't fancy, but it’s what we know. Being honest with our clients and getting things done without a big fuss is how we operate. It’s a simple setup, but it serves us well for the work we do. We just keep our heads down and get the job finished.
