Kusum International

Our office, Kusum International, is located in Triputi Plaza, specifically at A/212-C-Ug-8 on Street No.-1, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur. If you know Vikas Marg, you know how the traffic can get, especially near the metro pillars. Being in Shakarpur means we are right in the middle of a very crowded, lively area. The plaza itself is a bit of a maze with different shops and offices tucked into every corner. Our space is functional; we have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that makes it slightly quieter than the shops right on the front. We spend most of our time dealing with international orders and making sure all the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we manage with a couple of extra fans. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure we respond to everyone who reaches out. Sometimes the neighbors from the other offices pop in for a quick chat. It feels like a small village inside the building. We keep things simple and try to stay organized despite the general chaos of the neighborhood. It’s just a regular office day.
