We are located at E-508 in Mayur Vihar Phase 2. It’s a pretty standard office space where we spend most of our time drawing up plans and looking at building codes. The tables are usually covered in big sheets of paper and scales. Sometimes it’s a bit of a mess with all the samples of tiles and wood scattered around. We’ve lived and worked around Mayur Vihar for quite some time, so we’re used to how things work in this part of town. It’s not a huge team, just a few of us who know our way around a construction site. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or out at sites making sure the walls are going up where they’re supposed to. We don't really bother with big fancy signs. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else. It’s a practical kind of job. You deal with a lot of permits and paperwork, which isn't the fun part, but it’s necessary to get things done right. We try to keep things straightforward. If a wall can't go somewhere because of a beam, we just say so. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, from our little corner in Phase 2. It keeps us pretty busy.
