I work out of 5- B in the New MIG Flats, Mayur Vihar Phase III. This is a residential area, so it’s a different vibe than a downtown office. It’s mostly families living around here, which makes the atmosphere a bit more personal. Being a financial advisor like Kiyyath Rajeev means I spend a lot of time with numbers, tax forms, and investment papers. My desk is usually covered in bank statements and calculators. People from the flats nearby or from other parts of Mayur Vihar come over to talk about their savings or how to handle their taxes. It’s a lot of sitting down with a cup of tea and looking over documents together. I don't use big fancy words or try to confuse people. I just explain things as they are. Sometimes the rules change and I have to spend the whole night reading up on new policies so I can tell my clients the right thing. It is a lot of responsibility because people are trusting me with their hard-earned money. It’s not about being a big firm; it’s just about being reliable and being here when people have questions. The office is just a part of the flat, so it feels like a home. I’ve been helping people with their finances here for a long time, and I plan to keep doing just that.
