Khushigram Foundation

Our place is situated at A-105, on the first floor in Block A of Pandav Nagar. It is a typical neighborhood spot, nothing too fancy or professional looking. We have been working out of this office for a good while now, and most of the people around here have seen us coming and going throughout the week. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we always tell our visitors to watch their step. Inside the office, it is mostly just desks and a whole lot of paper. We spend our days trying to figure out the best ways to help the local community here. It is not always easy work, and sometimes we run into hurdles with how to get things organized properly. But we keep at it anyway. Most of the staff here grew up nearby or has lived in Delhi for a long time. We know how things work in this part of town. Sometimes we have meetings that go late into the evening, and we end up just ordering some food from the little shop downstairs. It is a simple way of living, really. We do not have a big marketing budget or any of that. We just rely on people talking to each other. People know if they need something, they can just walk up and knock. We try to be around as much as we can, though sometimes we are out in the field.
