Khodiyar Corporation

We operate out of unit 5 in the Agrawal Industrial Estate. It is located right on Dudheshwar Road, over in the Mahendikuva area. The estate is always buzzing with some kind of activity, with trucks coming and going at all hours. Our space is strictly functional, and we do not spend much time worrying about how it looks to outsiders. We have some heavy equipment and a small office area tucked away in one of the corners. It gets incredibly hot in the summer months, but we have a few old fans that help a little bit. We deal with industrial parts and supplies. It is not the kind of stuff most people think about, but it is necessary for a lot of other businesses to keep running. We are not interested in looking polished or behaving like a corporate entity. We wear regular work clothes and we are not afraid to get our hands dirty when something needs fixing. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, and we have to spend a long Saturday just catching up on everything. We have known the neighbors in this industrial estate for many years. We trade favors and borrow tools from each other whenever it is needed. It is a tight community of sorts. We do not have any fancy mission statements hanging on the wall. We just show up every morning and do the work the best we can.
