Our address is 1/2329, which used to be 1411/A, over in East Ram Nagar, Shahdara. We are right near the Balaji Mandir. If you can hear the temple bells, you are pretty much at our doorstep. Kanakshree Bakery And Agro Foods Llp is the official name, but we just call it the shop. We do a bit of everything, from baking to some agro-food stuff. It’s a mix that works for this area. The building is quite old and has its quirks. We don't have a professional interior designer. We just put the shelves where they fit and hope for the best. The early mornings are the best part of the day because the air is still cool. We often chat with the people on their way to the temple. It’s a very local neighborhood feeling. We don’t use any high-tech machines. Most of the work is done with our hands or very simple tools. It takes a lot longer, but that’s just how we’ve always done it. We aren't interested in becoming a huge brand name. We just want to be the place where people in Shahdara come for their snacks. The floors are a little uneven and the space is a bit cramped, but it’s a happy place to work. We don't have a mission statement. We just show up and start, and we do the best we can every day.
