Kalpesh Talia Architects is located at 93-A in Mayur Vihar Phase I. It is a familiar spot for us, and we have been operating out of this address for quite some time. The office is simple and functional. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of space for large-scale blueprints. Mayur Vihar is a well-established area, and we like being part of the local fabric here. Most of our day is spent hunched over designs or talking to contractors on the phone. It is not a glitzy job, but it is what we do. We handle the technical side of building, from the first sketches to the final details. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We just pile up the folders and keep going. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or friends who had work done by us before. 93-A is easy to find if you know Phase I. We appreciate the directness of our work. There is something satisfying about seeing a drawing eventually turn into a real structure. We just take things as they come, working through the challenges of each specific site. It is a straightforward way to run an architecture practice. No big fuss, just honest work on every project we take on. That is basically how we have always done things around here.
