You can find us at 804 Technology Apartments, located at 24 I.P. Extension in New Delhi. I.P. Extension is a crowded residential area, and our office sits right in the middle of it. We do shipping services, which mostly means we are the middle people between the factories and the ports. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking various portals to see where a specific box has ended up. The apartment itself has been converted into an office, so it feels a bit like a home, which isn't a bad thing. We have desks tucked into corners and stacks of papers on what used to be a dining table. Delhi weather is tough, especially in the summer, so the AC is always running at full blast. We’ve been operating from here for a good number of years now. We don't have a corporate marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just know how the ports work and how to get the documents cleared without a lot of fuss. It’s a practical business. Some of the guys have been here since the start and they know the whole process by heart. We drink our chai, we talk to the port agents, and we make sure the bills of lading are correct. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us on our toes. We are just a local Delhi crew getting it done.
