Our office is located at 15797 in Malviya Nagar, specifically inside Sagar Plaza. If you know the area, it’s a pretty standard commercial spot where things are always moving. It’s just us here handling the daily paperwork and phone calls that come with insurance. People usually drop by when they have a question about their papers or if they just want to talk through some details face-to-face. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and go through documents. Malviya Nagar is a lively part of town, so there's always noise from the street, but it feels like home to us. Running an insurance desk means a lot of reading and checking numbers, which can be tedious, but it’s what we do every day. We’ve been in Sagar Plaza for a while now. Most folks who come in are regulars from around the block. We try to keep things simple and organized because insurance is already complicated enough for most people. It’s a small operation, really. Just Jyoti and the rest of us trying to keep things moving. We don't spend much on decorating the place, we just make sure there's enough light and a place to sit. It’s practical and serves the purpose for everyone in the neighborhood who needs to get their insurance sorted out without too much fuss. It gets the job done for the people here.
