We’ve been over here on the second floor at Trilok Puri 17/2 for a while now. It’s a busy spot on the main road, and honestly, that’s just how we like it. Running Jr Facilities & Management Services Private Limited keeps us on our toes every single day. Most mornings start with a lot of tea and checking through lists of what needs doing for the different buildings we look after. It isn't always glamorous work, but someone has to make sure things are running right. Usually, the office is a bit of a mess with paperwork, but we know where everything is. People stop by sometimes just to ask directions or check in on a job, and we try to help out as best as we can. Dealing with maintenance and managing spaces means you never really know what the afternoon is going to bring. One day it’s a plumbing issue somewhere else, and the next it’s just sorting out schedules. We’re just a small group of people trying to keep things organized. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. In the summer, the office gets pretty hot even with the fans on, but we just drink more water and keep moving. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just our desks and some chairs. If you’re looking for the place, look for the second floor sign above the shops. It’s just how we do things here, no frills, just getting the work done day by day.
