Our spot in Mayur Vihar Phase III is located at 117-E, A-3. It’s a pretty standard Delhi neighborhood, so it feels very familiar and comfortable for those of us who work here. The office for Jmc Projects (I) Pvt. Ltd. isn't something that would stand out from the street, which is just how we like it. We are more concerned with the actual construction and project management tasks than having a flashy storefront. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and the sound of people talking over the phone about materials and deadlines. We have a lot of regular routines, like who makes the first pot of tea and where the best place is to get lunch nearby without spending too much. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture has definitely seen better days, but everything works. It’s the kind of place where you can just show up and get straight to work without any unnecessary formalities. Being in the 110096 area code means we are close enough to the action of the city but tucked away enough to actually get things done. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished image. We’re just a group of people working out of a residential-style office, making sure the projects stay on track day after day. It’s simple, it’s honest, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the whole year.
