We operate out of Una Enclave in Mayur Vihar Phase I. It is a decent spot in New Delhi, and we have been here for a while. Being in a residential area means it stays a bit quieter than the main markets, which we like. Our office is not some glass tower; it is just a space where we get our daily tasks done. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. Sometimes it feels like the phone never stops ringing, and other times it is quiet enough to actually hear yourself think. We are not here to impress anyone with big words or fancy titles. We are just a bunch of people working together to keep the business moving forward. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we know how each other works. We usually have lunch together and talk about the neighborhood. There is always something going on in Delhi, but inside our four walls, we just try to stay focused on the lists we have for the day. We do not have a marketing department or anything like that. People usually find out about us by word of mouth or by just seeing our name on the gate when they walk past. It is a humble setup, but it works for us. We just take it one day at a time and try to be fair with everyone who comes to see us.
