J.B.Erectors is based in New Kondli, right near Mayur Vihar Phase-III in Delhi. Our address is B-1/319-320, and it’s a place that’s always full of activity. Being in Delhi means everything is fast. People are always in a hurry. Our yard is usually packed with steel and parts for whatever job we’re on. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but it’s a working office. We deal with structural stuff, erecting things that need to stay put. It’s heavy work. Most of the crew has been with us for years. We know each other's families and how we all take our tea. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just sit down and talk it out. The traffic around Mayur Vihar can be a nightmare, so we try to get our trucks moving really early in the morning before the roads get blocked. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure we have the right permits. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements. Most people find us because someone else told them we do a fair job. That’s enough for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the steel. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes Sunday too, if the job is big. We just do what needs to be done without complaining too much about the heat or the rain.
