Ishita Constructions

We've been at Street No. 5 in Laxmi Nagar for a while now. It's on the second floor of D 114 A. Delhi is always busy, especially around here. We handle different building projects. Some days are just filled with paperwork and phone calls to sites. It's not fancy. Just a small group of us trying to get things done right. People stop by often. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we manage. We deal with materials, labor, and making sure the walls go up straight. It’s hard work, really. Most of the time, we're just looking at blueprints or checking on supplies. It gets dusty, but that's just how the construction business is. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. If you walk up to the second floor, you'll find us probably drinking chai and looking over some site plans. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. Just desks and a lot of files. It’s been a few years now. We know the neighbors. We know which shops have the good snacks. It's just a regular local business doing what we know how to do. Nothing more to it than that, just keeping busy with the next job on the list. We keep a calendar on the wall with all the deadlines, though we usually end up scribbling notes all over it as things change. It is just the way we work.
