We set up shop in Mayur Vihar Phase 2, specifically in Pocket D at number 8. East Delhi is where we feel most at home. It’s a busy area, but our little corner is usually alright. We spend our mornings getting organized and our afternoons catching up on everything else. It’s not the kind of place with a glass front or a guard at the door. It’s just an office where we put in the hours. Some days are busier than others, and sometimes we just sit and plan out the next week over some snacks. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with long meetings that go nowhere. If something needs fixing, we just fix it. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put. It feels good to be part of the local community here. We don’t have any flashy slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. The office is full of files and old notebooks, which is how we like it. It shows we’ve been busy. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just take a break until it comes back on. It’s a very grounded way of working. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to for some reason. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs. We usually finish around six and walk down to the market before going home.
