Our place is tucked away in Laxmi Nagar, specifically in the J & K Block on the ground floor. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, so there’s always noise from the street and people walking by. We’ve got house numbers 86 and 87A knocked together to make enough room for all the desks and equipment we need for the consulting work. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in the office at once, especially during the summer months when the heat is heavy. We do a lot of technical planning and paperwork here. It's not a corporate glass tower or anything like that, just a regular ground-floor setup in a residential block. Most of us have been here a long time, so we know the local tea stalls and where to get a quick lunch. The traffic around Laxmi Nagar can be a nightmare in the evenings, which makes getting home a bit of a chore. We focus on the work at hand, mostly dealing with infrastructure stuff and technical reports that need sorting. It’s a lot of staring at screens and talking over drawings. We aren't trying to be fancy. It’s just a group of people working together in a corner of East Delhi. Sometimes the power goes out, or the mail gets mixed up because of the house numbering, but we figured out how to make it work. It’s just how daily life is for us here.
