We are the Institution For Science, Engineering And Research. You can find us in Ganesh Nagar at B-138 on the second floor. It's a bit of a mouthful of a name, but what we really do is focus on research and the practical side of science and engineering. We aren't a big university with a massive campus. We are a smaller institution tucked away in a residential and commercial neighborhood. Our second-floor space is filled with books, papers, and people trying to solve technical problems. Sometimes it's a bit cramped, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time looking at data and trying to figure out how things work. It's not always groundbreaking stuff; sometimes it's just slow, methodical research that takes a long time to get right. We don't have a big PR team to talk about our goals or anything like that. We just think that doing good research is important for the community and the industry. People in Ganesh Nagar know us as the folks who are always in the office late with the lights on. We try to be helpful to anyone who comes by with a question about engineering or science stuff. It's a quiet kind of work, mostly. We are just a group of people who are interested in how the world is built and how to make things function a little bit better through research. It’s a simple goal and we stick to it every day we come in.
