Indo Canadian Consultancy Services Ltd is situated at 18 80East End Apartment in Mayur Vihar Phase I Extension. Being in an apartment complex makes the work environment feel a bit more like a home than a cold office. We are located in a busy part of New Delhi, but once you get inside the gates of the complex, it settles down a little. Our space is basically a converted flat. We use the main rooms for our desks and the kitchen area for making tea and storing our lunches. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The balcony gives us a spot to step out for a minute and get some air. We deal with a lot of international paperwork, so there are always folders stacked up on the tables. The lighting isn't the best, so we have a few extra lamps scattered around. We know the security guards at the gate and the people who deliver the mail. It’s a very community-oriented way to run a consultancy. We don’t have a big corporate sign or a fancy reception desk. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a file or a recent update. It’s just how we operate here in Mayur Vihar. It’s functional, a bit crowded, and very real. That is just the way we like to do things.
