We’ve been here in Mayur Vihar Phase-1 for a while now. Our office is tucked away in Pocket-1, 62-D to be exact. It’s a busy part of Delhi, especially when the morning traffic starts picking up near the metro station. Most of the folks working here are locals who know the shortcuts around the narrow lanes. The Indian Oil side of things gets managed from this specific spot, where the main task is the paperwork and logistics that keep fuel moving through the city. This isn’t a flashy corporate building with glass walls. It’s just a standard office where we sit at our desks, drink tea, and try to keep up with the demands of the area. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet gets a bit slow, but we manage. People stop by to ask questions about billing or to drop off documents. It feels more like a part of the neighborhood than a big company headquarters. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with new shops opening up and the crowd getting thicker. Being right here in the middle of it helps us stay connected to what’s happening on the ground. It’s loud, it’s dusty sometimes, but it’s where our team does the work every day without much fuss. We just try to get the job done so the stations have what they need for the morning rush. It’s honest work and being part of the Mayur Vihar community in Delhi is a good experience for all of us.
