Icici Lombard Gic Ltd

Our Delhi office is located in Pandav Nagar at C-122. We are on the second floor, right behind the Radhakrishna Mandir. It’s a good landmark to use because the temple is quite easy to find. Working at Icici Lombard Gic Ltd here means we hear the temple bells throughout the day. The building is a typical Delhi structure, and the stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow. Inside, we have our desks set up for handling general insurance claims and new policies. It can get a bit crowded when we have several customers visiting at once. We don't have a lot of space for a fancy lounge, so people just sit where they can. We deal with a lot of paperwork every day. Sometimes the printers act up or we run out of forms, but we manage. It’s a very local vibe. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the regular folks in Pandav Nagar. We aren't trying to be a high-end corporate branch. We are just a local spot where you can come to get your insurance sorted out. Most of the time, it’s just us typing away or talking on the phone to the main office. We keep it simple and try to be as helpful as possible when someone has a problem with their policy.
