Ibm Daksh

Our Ibm Daksh office is tucked away in Budh Vihar, near the Saraswati Public School in Mandoli. It’s in the North East part of Delhi, near Nand Nagari. If you know this area, you know it’s crowded and full of life. Our building at 284/10 isn't hard to find once you get close to the school. We are mostly a processing center, so the office is full of people on headsets or typing away at their stations. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always something going on. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy decorations. We have our desks, our computers, and the break area where people talk about the latest cricket match. Working in Delhi has its own challenges, like the noise and the dust, but we’re used to it. We aren't some sleek tech startup with bean bags and free snacks. We are a group of workers who show up for our shifts and get through the volume of work we have. It’s honest work. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't as bad as it is for people going all the way to Gurgaon or Noida. We just focus on keeping the operations running smoothly. It’s a practical place for practical people. If you’re walking past the Saraswati Public School, you’re just a stone's throw away from where we spend our days. We just keep doing our thing.
